How It Started

Looking for a place where we'd actually enjoy breakfast in S'Agaró, we couldn't find one. So Iwonka decided to open this place. Coffee from La Cabra (roasted in Denmark), sourdough bread from Origo Bakery (Barcelona), organic matcha from REQ. Everything intentional, nothing random. A place where you could stay as long as you wanted without anyone watching the clock.

Why S'Agaró

We wanted a place with sun, sea, and a real community. S'Agaró won us over from the first walk along the coast. It's the perfect balance: quiet in winter, lively in summer, and always with that Mediterranean light that changes everything.

Our Philosophy

We don't chase trends or try to reinvent anything. We simply do things with care. Specialty coffee on a La Marzocco KB90, pastries from La Puntual (Girona), reverse osmosis filtered water. Good ingredients, honest technique, and the time each thing needs.

The Name

Why Dirty Rabbit? Because rabbits are curious, quick, and a bit mischievous. And the 'dirty' part... because the best coffee always leaves a mark.
