We serve La Cabra, the Danish roaster that's been among the world's best for years. Every bean is fully traceable: farm, altitude, variety, process. We prepare it on our La Marzocco KB90 with RO-filtered water. This isn't "good for Costa Brava" coffee — it's world-class, full stop.
