Choose a coast day, then set your travel window
Start by deciding how much of the day you want to spend outdoors. This itinerary pairs one coffee stop with one coastal walk; it is not a list of every beach between Girona and Begur. Check your actual road journey before booking a timed activity.
Dirty Rabbit is in S’Agaró. Use the café map as a separate destination, and confirm kitchen service if breakfast is the reason for the trip. A late arrival should not depend on an assumed all-day brunch schedule.
Sant Pol and the walk towards Sant Feliu
Sant Pol lies north of central Sant Feliu. The tourism office describes a coastal walk towards Cala Jonca near the port, while the town’s former railway route provides a different option inland.
Pick a manageable out-and-back section if you need to return to your car. Walking time, photography and stops all take space in the day. Check local coastal-path notices after rough weather; a map line is not a promise that every section is currently passable.
Add the monastery, or keep the afternoon by the water
Sant Feliu’s monastery retains the Romanesque Porta Ferrada. It gives the trip a cultural stop beyond the beach; check visitor information for the part of the complex you want to enter.
If you would rather stay outside, spend that time around Sant Pol instead. Decide on your return to Girona before adding another town. This itinerary works because there is room for a long pause, not because it squeezes in the entire coast.
